My Bomb Factory internship6.2.17
As it approached the beginning of my last semester I knew that I wanted to take on an internship. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but I knew I wanted it to be in music. Luckily, I came across a tweet from The Bomb Factory saying that they were seeking interns. I immediately applied and the rest is history.
I came in nervous and unsure about what to expect. I had never worked in the music industry and was simply relying on my love of music to get me through. I quickly overcame my nerves because the team I was introduced to was incredibly inviting and willing to help me understand what I needed to know.
Fast forward 4 months and I am sad to leave. I’ve enjoyed my time here and the people I’ve met through it. The knowledge that I’ve obtained and the experience I’ve had exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait for my next endeavor. It’s not often that you find yourself surrounded by rad people in a work environment, but when you do it makes going there that much easier.
Thank you bomb squad, it’s been a pleasure being here.
