WHERE IS THE BOMB FACTORY LOCATED?

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY OR SPECIAL EVENT THERE?

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?

We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed on the smoking patio located on the Commerce side of the building.

WHERE WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?

Metered spots run from 6:00pm to 12:00am – that means do not pay before 6:00pm.

Generally, the parking lots are $2 on weekdays and $5 on nights and weekends to park; however, lot prices vary, so pay according to signage on the specific lot. Take a moment to observe your surroundings and ensure that you’re not overpaying or paying an unofficial attendant.

Parking is also available behind Trees on Elm Street and at the corner of Elm St. and Good Latimer.

WHAT IS YOUR BAG POLICY

The implementation of our bag policy is intended to enhance fan safety and expedite entry into The Bomb Factory by reducing the time required to search bags at venue entrance. This policy also aligns similarly with other bag policies at Dallas/Fort Worth venues and facilities.

APPROVED BAGS INCLUDE:

  • Bags that do not exceed 14” x 14” x 6”
  • Small clutch purses or crossbody bags (with or without straps) that are no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″
  • Credentialed media and staff, team personnel and credentialed guests will not be subject to the bag restrictions but will continue to enter at the venue’s checkpoints where they will be subject to screening and bag inspections.
  • Exceptions will be made for medically-necessary items. Please email info@thebombfactory.com to get special clearance for medically-necessary items.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased on our website The Bomb Factory or at the box office when the venue is open.

Our ticket broker is AXS.com We do not support tickets sold thru re-sale or third party sites such as StubHub, SeatGeek, etc..

Tickets are the same price at the box office as online, including service fees.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?

Tuesday and Friday from 12PM to 7PM and all nights of shows.  (Due to COVID-19, the box office is currently closed.)

WHEN CAN I GET MY TICKETS FROM WILL CALL?

Tickets can be picked up at the box office at the venue on the day of the show. The Box Office is located close to the corner of Canton & Taylor St.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKETS?

All ticket sales are final unless a show is cancelled. We are a Rain/Shine venue as we are located indoors.

WHAT IF A SHOW IS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED?

If a show is cancelled tickets bought from the box office can be returned and refunded at the venue, for any tickets bought online you will need to contact the company about a refund. For rescheduled shows your original ticket will still be valid at the new date.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We allow tank tops, flip flops, t-shirts, hats etc.  We are a casual environment, but feel free to get decked out!

Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing any clothing items deemed inappropriate or offensive.

We do not permit selfie stick or costumes that may block customers views.

We do not allow Hula Hoops or Poi.

WHAT CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE VENUE?

Prohibited items include: BACKPACKS, outside food or drink, drugs,  folding chairs, blankets, weapons, guns, strollers, hula hoops, poi, hydration packs, professional photography equipment (cameras with detachable lenses), camelbacks or bad attitudes.

Small purses are allowed but subject to search.

WILL THERE BE RE-ENTRY INTO SHOWS?

Attendees will not be able to exit and re-enter the building once they have entered.

WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS ARE MADE FOR THE DISABLED?

The venue has elevator access to all levels.

Limited ADA spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Arrive early to speak to a Bomb Factroy staff member and we will provide accommodations accordingly. 

CAN I BRING A CAMERA/AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT?

No professional photography equipment or audio/video recording equipment will be allowed into the venue. Only pocket sized cameras & cell phones will be allowed into the venue. No selfie sticks. Cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited.

Note: GoPro’s are not allowed as they are deemed video recording equipment.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS AT YOUR VENUE?

We have chips for sale behind the bar, as well as a couple of food vendors located within the venue.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO GET INTO THE VENUE?

Our venue permits all ages but we are 17+ without supervision.  Anyone 16 and under may enter with an adult guardian.

DO I NEED AN ID?

If you plan on drinking, you need to bring a VALID government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+. People of legal drinking age are wrist-banded upon entry.

Some shows are 18+ & 21+.  Those shows will require a VALID government-issued photo ID.

Most shows are all ages with adult supervision.  We are a 17+ venue, unless otherwise listed on CANTONHALL.COM

Paper ID’s require a 2nd form of Photo ID and must be valid or issued in the last 30 days.

I WON TICKETS ON THE RADIO, BUT I CAN'T GO. CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO A FRIEND?

Tickets won through contests are not transferrable.

I HAVE A 7-YEAR-OLD SON WHO I WANT TO BRING TO THE CONCERT. DO I NEED TO BUY HIM A TICKET?

We are a 17+ venue. However, many shows are all ages with parental supervision. Every concertgoer must have their own ticket.  Legal ID is required to attend on your own.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START/END?

Any door or set times we have will be listed on the website.

I LOST MY CELL PHONE, WALLET, JACKET, ETC. AT THE VENUE. WHAT DO I DO?

The venue is open anytime we have a concert or event.  You can check our Calendar here. 

We are open on Tuesday & Friday from Noon to 6pm.  They can also retrieve lost items, or you can call them during those times to check if we have something you left behind.

IS SEATING AVAILABLE?

Most of our shows will be General Admission Standing Room Only unless otherwise noted.  We do have ADA accommodations available.

Some shows offer seating and some don’t. The venue is customizable and every show can be different. Please check the seat map for each individual show.

IS THERE AN UPCHARGE FOR MINORS?

There may be on a show-by-show basis.

THE WEATHER IS SCARY. IS THE SHOW CANCELED?

Since we are an indoor venue, all shows are rain or shine.

I’M A PHOTOGRAPHER. HOW DO I GET A PHOTO PASS?

Press passes will be handled through our marketing director, who is already in touch with valid media entities. Have someone from the media entity you are covering for reach out to us.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT THIS SHOW?

Attendance varies from show to show.

I SAW TICKETS FOR A BOMB FACTORY SHOW ON A DIFFERENT WEBSITE. CAN I BUY THEM THERE, TOO?

All tickets are sold through The Bomb Factory or AXS.com, which is our ticket broker. Any other sites are resale sites and the tickets may be invalid.

IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?

Yes. The nearest DART train stops to The Bomb Factory are Deep Ellum and Baylor University Medical Center. They are a 5 or 10 minute walk from the venue. All other DART information can be found at DART.org.

Additionally, Uber and Lyft are both viable options for getting to the show.

WHERE SHOULD WE GO OUT TO EAT BEFORE THE SHOW?

There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and new ones opening all the time.

We share a parking lot with St. Pete’s Dancing Marlin & Angry Dog.  Both are Deep Ellum staples!  We eat there a lot!

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS IN THE VENUE?

All bars take both cash and debit/credit card. Additionally, there are ATM’s on site. We do not take traveller’s checks, bitcoin, bartering or IOUs.

Yes. Just have it pulled up and the brightness on your phone turned all the way up!

DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?

Not typically. Coat check will be operated on a show-by-show basis. Not guaranteed.

IS THERE AN ATM IN OR NEAR THE VENUE?

Yes, there are two ATM's located inside the venue.

IS THERE A SECURITY SCREENING FOR ENTERING THE VENUE?

Yes

ARE THERE PARAMEDICS ON STAFF?

Yes

I FORGOT TO CLOSE MY TAB AT THE BAR. WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY CREDIT CARD?

You can pick it up at the box office on Tuesdays and Fridays from 12pm-7pm at The Bomb Factory box office.

WHAT TIME DO PEOPLE START TO LINE UP FOR THE SHOW?

Varies from show to show. We recommend coming down a couple hours before doors and checking out the line.  You can go get something to eat at one of our neighbors too!

CAN I BRING MY IPAD? SELFIE STICK? CAMELBACK? OUTSIDE FOOD DRINK?

No.

No Camel Backs or Hydration Packs of any kind or size are allowed.

ARE THERE ANY OPENING ACTS?

Openers will usually be listed on the website.
