Security Protocols

In order to give our guests a safe experience at our venues, we have implemented a new bag policy effective at all events. For more questions regarding security protocols, visit our FAQ page.

Upon entrance, please be sure: 

- Everything is out of your pockets as you will be going through metal detectors 

- Your ticket is pulled up on the AXS MOBILE APP (screenshots of tickets will not work) 

- Purses follow the bag policy and are OPEN for searching

Prohibited Items

Weapons & Dangerous Items

  • Knives, sharp objects, box cutters, scissors

  • Pepper spray, mace, tasers, stun guns

  • Fireworks, explosives, flares, smoke bombs

  • Chains, spiked jewelry, or other potential weapons

Substances

  • Illegal drugs

  • For those with prescription medication, patrons should only bring the amount of medication needed for the show in the original prescription container with the patient’s name and dosage on the label along with ID matching the prescription. Staff will verify at entrance, and any excess medication should be stored in vehicles.

  • Outside alcohol

  • Opened containers or outside beverages

  • Glass bottles

Recording / Unauthorized Media Equipment (unless approved with media pass)

  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses

  • Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, GoPros

  • Professional audio/video recording equipment

Large or Disruptive Items

  • Backpacks, duffel bags, oversized purses, camelbacks

  • Umbrellas

  • Chairs, stools, or folding furniture

  • Signs, posters, banners, or flags on poles/sticks

  • Laser pointers

Safety & Comfort Concerns

  • Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA’s definition of Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals.

  • Drones

  • Skates, skateboards, scooters

  • Sharpies, markers, spray paint

  • Bad attitudes 

  • Any item tour and venue security deems unsafe

 

Allowed Items

  • Small bags that fit inside a 4'' x 6'' area
  • Clear bags that fit inside a 12'' x 12'' area
  • 1 gallon clear plastic storage bag
  • Posters/signs no bigger than a piece of paper, 8.5 x 11 inches 
  • Point & click, disposable, polariod, and phone cameras. Please refrain from using flash during artists' performance.
  • Outside food, NO DRINKS
