Our venues are right next to each other!
We are directly off Canton Street, between Henry and Crowdus in Deep Ellum.
Do you allow smoking/vaping?
We are non-smoking facilities. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside our venues. Smoking is allowed on the designated smoking areas available at both venues.
Can I book a private party or special event?
We would love to host you! We just need a few additional details about your event.

What is your dress code?
Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing any clothing items deemed inappropriate or offensive.
Will there be re-entry into shows?
Attendees will NOT be able to exit and re-enter the building once they have entered for security purposes.
Is there an age limit to enter the venues?
We welcome all ages, however we are 17+ without supervision.
Anyone 16 and under will only be admitted with Parent or Legal Guardian. Children of all ages are required to have their own ticket for entry. Age policy is subject to change by event. Please check event listing for specific age restrictions.
Is there an ATM in or near the venue?
Unfortunately, we do not have ATMs in either venue. Please plan accordingly.
TICKETING INFORMATION
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on our website or at the box office day of show (subject to availability).
Our exclusive ticketing partner is AXS. We do not encourage the purchase of tickets sold through third-party, resale sites such as StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, etc. We do not work with these companies, and cannot offer any assistance in retrieving your tickets or a refund.
What are box office hours?
You can purchase tickets from the Box Office when either The Bomb Factory or The Studio at the Bomb Factory are hosting a show(s). Box Office opens approximately 30 minutes before show doors. We recommend visiting our events page to purchase tickets online.
When can I pick up tickets from will-call?
Will-call tickets can be picked up at the box office at the venue on the day of the show. The box office window is off of Canton Street closer to Henry Street, right next to the front door entrances.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
All ticket sales are final.
We are indoor, rain or shine venues.
I bought Quick Pass, how does that work?
All Quick Pass will need to stand in the same General Admission lane as the other General Admission ticket holders.
When the venue is ready prior to doors, a staff member will go down the BEGINNING of the General Admission lane and pull Quick Pass in the order they are lined up. Quick Pass will then be lined up in order in the outer lane (closest to Canton Street).

What time does the show start / end?
Any door or show times will be listed on the website.
Set times are always subject to change.
Are there any opening acts?
Openers will usually be listed on the website.
Do I need an ID to enter the venue?

If you plan on drinking, you need to bring a VALID , physical copy of a government-issued photo ID showing you are over the age of 21. People of legal drinking age will be wrist-banded upon entry.

Some shows have required age limits. Those shows will require a VALID, physical government-issued photo ID. This will be listed on the ticketing page where you purchase your tickets. Refunds will not be offered for anyone that does not meet the age limit.
Is there seating available?
Some shows offer seating, and some do not. The venues are customizable and every show can be different. Please check the seat map for each individual show for more information on seating availability and concert layout. There are some free lounge highboy table and chairs around the venue that are first come, first serve.
Is there a coat check?
Ticketed concerts will NOT have coat check available. Coat check is only available for certain PRIVATE EVENTS ONLY.
I forgot to close my bar tab. When can I pick up my credit card?
We are not opened every day as we are open based on event booking. Please send us a message at contact@thebombfactory.com to arrange a time when management can assist further.
I lost an item at the venue. Help?

CREDIT CARDS
- Credit cards left from open tabs will be kept securely in-office. You will need to present valid identification to claim cards picked up from management staff.
LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY
- Staff at both venues can retrieve lost items and/or check if we have found items possibly left behind. Please send us an email or call (214) 749-5757 for additional information.
Please note: The Bomb Factory and The Studio at the Bomb Factory shall not be held responsible, financially or otherwise; for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced during events, regardless of fault. You assume all risks of loss associated with the loss or damage to your personal property. Venues are not responsible for unclaimed items left in Lost and Found for over 30 days.
ACCOMMODATIONS & OTHER HELPFUL INFO
Are there paramedics on staff?
Yes, we have paramedics on site for every show.
What accommodations are made for the disabled?
The Bomb Factory and The Studio at the Bob Factory are both ADA accommodating.
Limited ADA spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure we provide assistance to as many concert-goers as possible, the ADA seating only accommodates for you and one guest- no additional members of your party will be permitted in the area. Arrive early to speak to a staff member and we will work to provide accommodations accordingly.
QUESTIONS ABOUT DEEP ELLUM
Where do I park?
There are numerous parking options available around Deep Ellum. The Stack directly behind The Bomb Factory and The Studio at the Bomb Factory has limited garage parking available to concertgoers. The Stack's Parking Garage is located off 2700 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75226, directly behind our venues.
We suggest checking out Parkopedia to make parking accommodations around the area.
Is there public transportation available?
Yes! The nearest DART train stops to The Bomb Factory and The Studio at the Bomb Factory are Deep Ellum and Baylor University Medical Center. They are a 5-to-10 minute walk from the venue. All other DART information can be found at DART.org.
Additionally, Uber and Lyft are both viable options for getting to the show.
PHOTOGRAPHY, PRESS, & MEDIA INQUIRIES
How do I get a press pass / media credentials?
All press passes for photographer, videographer, or journalist affiliated with a publication or other media outlets must be approved through the artist and their tour. You must reach out and get approval yourself. We are unable to approve these requests as the venue.
Can I bring a camera or recording devices?
Cameras of any kind and recording devices will not be allowed in the venue. Only cameras on cellular phones will be allowed.
